At Roche, I led enterprise-wide transformations across 21 countries and previously worked as an IT partner to the Board and Executive Committee. Today I use this experience to accompany the Panorama Seeblick sale process clearly and reliably on the seller side.

You can direct questions about the procedure and the documents provided to me. I answer from the seller’s perspective.

Once approved, you and your advisers receive access to the relevant documents.

Multi-stage bidding
I accompany the defined stages and remain available for process-related questions.

Purchase agreement & notarisation
Once terms are agreed, I arrange for the notary to draft the purchase agreement and accompany the buyer and notary through public notarisation.
