My role
As part of the seller side, I accompany the sale process. My role is clearly defined: granting access, answering questions about the process and the documents provided, and supporting the procedure through completion.

Professional background
For nearly 15 years, I have helped global organisations in pharma and life sciences navigate complex change and technology programmes.
At Roche, I led enterprise-wide transformations across 21 countries and previously worked as an IT partner to the Board and Executive Committee. Today I use this experience to accompany the Panorama Seeblick sale process clearly and reliably on the seller side.
